A "Chinchorreo" is when a group of people go to a small unassuming rundown bar, where locals go hang out at to eat, drink, dance and have fun with family and friends. Some of the foods from a "Chinchorro" are the famous longanizas, morcillas, skewers and others types of entrees from the gastronomy of Puerto Rico.
